Founded in Eastman, Georgia, and proudly Latina-owned, The Tipsy Trailer is more than a bar on wheels - it’s an experience on tap!
We believe that every celebration deserves a touch of sparkle and a splash of style. Whether it’s an intimate backyard wedding or a large corporate event, we bring the bar, the setup, and the personality - you bring the spirits.

Frequently Asked Questions

We require a deposit of 50% upfront and the other 50% of the total amount due the day before your event or before our service begins!

The deposit is non-refundable.

We travel throughout the State of Georgia. Our travel rates include the first twenty (20) miles, and then we charge $5/mile thereafter.

Our minimum service is three (3) hours, but if you would like us to stay longer, we charge $100 per hour, per Bartender.

If you need to cancel, we get it, things happen. Should you notify us of your intent to cancel our services one week in advance of the scheduled event, we will refund any amount paid excluding the security deposit.
However, if you end up needing to cancel your event twenty-four (24) hours before the event or the day of the event, your payment will be considered forfeited and non-refundable due to the amount of prep work that will already have occurred in order to serve your event.

We are a dry hire - this means we do not provide any alcoholic beverages. Once the event is planned, we will provide you with a list of required and recommended alcoholic beverages that you will be responsible for having ready on the day of the event.
We do offer a pickup service for an additional charge (in addition to the alcohol cost).
